1. How do you return?

Use the return form included with your order and send your package to our returns address. Don't forget to include your order number so we can process your return quickly.

2. Conditions for returns

You can try on or view the product, just like in a store.

Returns are possible if:

✔️ The product is in its original condition
✔️ All accessories are included (e.g. storage bag, cables)
✔️ If possible in the original packaging

In case of obvious signs of use, damage or missing parts, your return may be refused or a depreciation may be applied.

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

This will happen within 14 days after return receipt .

We will process your return separately.

6. Why do I have to pay for the return shipping costs myself?

Because we want to encourage conscious ordering and minimize unnecessary transport as much as possible. Offering free returns leads to more returns and therefore more CO₂ emissions.

We will assist you according to our warranty policy.
